We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of artwork from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following options for returns and refunds:

 

Returns

If you receive a damaged artwork, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a return. You will need to provide us with a photograph of the damaged artwork to begin the return process. The artwork must be returned in its original packaging and condition within 14 days of delivery.

If you receive an artwork that is significantly different from the description or images provided on our website, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return. The artwork must be returned in its original packaging and condition within 14 days of delivery.

Change of mind purchases are not eligible for returns. If you simply decide you no longer want the artwork, we cannot accept a return.

 

Refunds

Once we receive the returned artwork and confirm that it is in its original condition, we will issue a refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that refunds will only be issued for damaged or significantly different artwork and will not be issued for change of mind purchases.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for artwork purchases.

 

Shipping

If you are returning a damaged or significantly different artwork, we will cover the return shipping costs. If you are returning the artwork due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

In the event that the artwork arrives damaged, it is important to document the damage by taking photographs of the packaging and the artwork itself. Please send these photos to us along with your request to return the artwork, so that we can expedite the process and begin the claim with the shipping carrier. We also recommend that you retain the original packaging materials, as these may be required by the shipping carrier for damage claim purposes.

For artworks that are significantly different from the description or images provided on our website, we will require a detailed explanation of the discrepancies, as well as photos to support your claim. In some cases, we may be able to offer a replacement or a partial refund if the artwork is still desirable, but the discrepancies cannot be rectified. In other cases, we may offer a full refund upon receipt of the returned artwork.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Sale items

Exchanges

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

 

Shipping returns
